Early check-in and late check-out are available based on availability. Please ask the front desk for pricing and availability.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Is there a pool available for guests?
Yes, our outdoor pool is open from 9am to 8pm, seasonally. The pool will close for the 2025 Season on September 21st, 2025
- Please note that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Glass bottles are not permitted in the pool area.

What payment methods are accepted at the hotel?
We accept all forms of credit cards. Guests must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID and credit card to check in.
What is the smoking policy at the hotel?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including in the rooms, balconies and the pool deck. A smoking fee of $250.00 will be added to the final bill for any violations.
What are the quiet hours at the hotel?
As a courtesy to all of our guests, quiet hours are in effect between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. according to the Town of Dewey Beach ordinance.
Do I need a license to fish / crab from surf or pier?
A Delaware recreational fishing license is required for recreational fishing, crabbing and clamming in all Delaware waters. Licenses must be purchased annually by recreational anglers. Licenses can be obtained online here.
